Rayze started the way a lot of good businesses do — with a laptop, too many coffees, and a belief that things could be done better.
Before launching what was then Yaser UK, I’d spent years working in marketing roles in London and Berlin, helping fintech and regtech businesses scale. I’d been on the client side so knew what it felt like to sit in meetings staring at traffic graphs thinking, “But is this actually doing anything to help grow the business?”
Too often, SEO felt disconnected from commercial reality which is why I decided to build something different.
In the early days, I worked directly with founders and small teams, getting deep into the detail and proving what disciplined SEO could really do. Word spread, my client base grew and I built a team around me.
At some point it stopped being “the Yaser show” and started becoming something much bigger. Rayze was the next chapter — a team built around the same obsession: making search work properly for ambitious businesses.
Today we work with larger, growth-focused organisations who need more than tactics. They need clarity. Accountability. A partner who understands marketing pressure and board-level expectations.
What hasn’t changed is how I think about the work.
SEO isn’t a trick. AI isn’t magic. It’s strategy, structure and consistency — applied properly.
And yes, I still love it.
